This is the type of book, which you simply can't read once, it must be returned to repeatedly in order to relish all the sweet nectar of its multitudinous profound Teachings. I've always Valued and Appreciated Gay & his wife, Katie's work over the years and have participated in their Seminars. However, this is my first reading of Gay's and I'm hooked! I adore his out of the box thinking and know that the upper limit problem is very real and trackable in my own Life. Einstein Time sealed the deal for me, since I was in the midst of thinking that I simply don't know what's happening to time for me and then bang, it's being articulated in a manner I've never thought about and or heard before and instantaneously it resonates and has begun my acknowledgment that I'm where time comes from and the shift is already occurring! Highly recommended for anyone who keeps rubbing against their limitations and knows that there's a superior & effortless way to move through Life.

Very basic introduction to some important subjects. It's like a primer/intro to many of the beliefs espoused by New Thought authors: Ernest Holmes, Mike Dooley, Abraham/Hicks, etc.

Basically, your thoughts, actions and words control the results of your life. Upper Limit Problem, Einstein Time and Ultimate Success Mantra are buzzwords for the deeper truths found in New Thought.

Still, a good introduction and bridges the business/entrepreneurial outlook with some New Thought elements.

Although this book seems geared toward people who are already highly successful and want to break through to the next level, I found a lot of his ideas extremely useful for my own life. The central thesis is that we tend to sabotage ourselves when we've experienced good feelings for a while because of underlying beliefs such as that we don't deserve to be happy. This shows up in lots of different ways from starting arguments with a partner to obsessive worrying, etc. Many of the ideas parallel the "law of attraction" philosophy but he has his own unique framework and offers helpful tips and questions to propel you toward living in your brilliance and allowing yourself to feel good all of the time.

It's a fast read and pretty good bang for the buck!

"For your life to work harmoniously, you need to develop a harmonious relationship with time. Most people have a difficult time balancing all of their priorities... When you make the shift to Einstein Time, you experience a major surge in your productivity, creativity, and enjoyment. The shift takes place the moment you embrace one profoundly simple truth: You're where time comes from... It works so well it may seem like magic, but it's based on solid science inspired by Einstein's physics... The Newtonian paradigm assumes that there's a scarcity of time, which leads to an uncomfortable feeling of time urgency inside us... There's hope, however, because while the Newtonian view is where most of us start, it is not how time actually works. Newtonian time scarcity is just a stage we're passing through, just as Newtonian physics was a stage we passed through on the way to Einstein's breakthrough...
